26th Street State Bank of Minneapolis {etc} does hereby certify, that a certain Indenture of Mortgage bearing the date the 8th day of May A.D. 1925, made and executed by Oscar C. Woempner and Margaret H. Woempner, his wife and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota, in Book 1590 of Mortgages, on page 187, {etc} on the 9th day of May A.D. 1928, at 11 o'clock no minutes A.M., is, with the indebtedness {etc}

In testimony whereof, the said corporation has caused these presents to be executed in its corporate name by {name x'ed out, can't read} {typed above it} Elmer A. Benson, Commissioner of Banks of the State of Minnesota, and its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed this 16th day of February A.D. 1934
